Paul Hoffman - Broker Associate, Realtor®, Hom | Sotheby's International Realty

Paul is a seasoned and well respected Realtor® and Broker Associate with HOM | Sotheby's International Realty. In the last eleven years, Paul, has consistently ranked as one of the Desert's top producers in valley real estate including homes, commercial and land, from Palm Springs to Coachella. Additionally he is a member of the Orange County Board of Realtors and is active in the Newport Beach area. Paul prides himself on giving his clients unparalleled expert knowledge of current desert properties, upcoming growth areas and projects, as well as short sale and REO opportunities. His committed sales team includes a licensed Broker personal assistant to ensure complete satisfaction on every transaction, a creative advertising team for an effective and distinctive market edge, and two full-time experienced Realtor buyer's agents. Being an elected member of the elite Desert Estates Network, Paul has gained a reputation of representing interesting and unique properties and has generated an extensive international client base. Prior to his move to California, Paul, a native of New Jersey, sold both residential and commercial property and simultaneously worked as a male model. While based out of New York City, he traveled worldwide for 17 years for major fashion, advertising and consumer accounts. In addition, he was under a six year contract with RJ Reynolds as the international "Camel Man". Paul holds a bachelors degree from West Virginia University, where he was recruited on a decathletes scholarship and still holds university records. For the last eleven years Paul and his family have enjoyed two lifestyles that commonly crossover, the sunny desert valley to the Southern California coastline of Orange County.  In his free time he participates in family social functions, mountain biking, motor cross riding and water sports. Paul and his wife, Beth and their two children reside in Indian Wells and Newport Beach.

Jenny Charos - Broker Associate, Assistant to Paul Hoffman

Jenny adds extensive knowledge and experience of the real estate industry to the Paul Hoffman and Associates team. She first became a licensed agent and Realtor in 1999 after working for several years as an assistant for a top producing sales agent. Shortly thereafter, she obtained her Broker's license and was promoted to General Manager of Pro Realty and Investments, a very successful firm specializing in country club properties. She then served as the on-site broker for Windermere Pro Realty until January, 2008 and then consulted with several firms regarding financial and management matters. Jenny has honed her skills so that whether she is working in real estate, management or accounting, she is a detailed, organized and productive team player. Having worked closely with Paul since 2000 she presently assists Paul Hoffman and Associates as Escrow and Listing Coordinator, Client Support and Office Administration. Jenny graduated from California State University San Marcos in 1996 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Jenny is a native of the Coachella Valley and lives in La Quinta with her husband, Eric, and two children, David and Jonathan.

 

Joe McCormick - Realtor®, Buyer's Agent

Growing up in the small town of Hutchinson, MN, Joe had big dreams of being a professional golfer. As a three time All American and three time NCAA champion, Joe graduated from CSU Stanislaus with a degree in Business Management. After graduating from college, Joe spent 10 years playing professional golf and traveling the world. He competed on the PGA Tour, Nationwide Tour, Canadian Tour and South American Tour to name a few. Now golfing for pleasure, Joe has been selling real estate in our desert for over five years, and has a vast knowledge of the valley and all it has to offer. He has gained a large client base working out of one of the Desert's busiest on site sales offices, where he earned a fantastic following of both buyers and sellers. He also works with Paul Hoffman and Associates, one of the Desert's top producers as a buyer's agent, and is committed to his local knowledge, service and professionalism. Joe's skills from his years of playing professional golf carry over into his real estate career and he continues to be dedicated, energetic, positive and extremely disciplined.

 

Barbara Gammon - Sales Associate, Buyer's Agent

Barbara has been active in Coachella Valley residential real estate since 1992 when she and her husband, Jim founded Pro Realty & Investments, Inc., a very successful firm specializing in Country Club properties. With results in the top 1% of all Realtors in the Valley every year for 10 years, she continues as a buyer's agent working closely with Paul Hoffman and Associates. When Pro Realty was sold to Windermere Real Estate in 2007, Barbara moved her license to family owned G2H Properties. Barbara began her real estate career in 1978 in Denver where she was involved with commercial leases, income property sales and sales of development land. She continued this type of activity when the family moved to La Jolla, California in 1986 until relocation to the Desert and starting Pro Realty. Her selling career began in Denver as the first female in radio time sales where she also became one of the top performers in the industry. She and Jim live in Indian Wells.

 

Beth Hoffman - Design & Marketing

Beth officially entered the real estate business as a licensed agent and Realtor® in 1993. However, she was raised in a real estate family with both parents active in large-scale land and mixed-use development, land and commercial brokerage companies. Beth has always exhibited a deep interest in many elements of the industry, in particular, the design and marketing areas. After actively selling homes on the East coast for seven years, Beth and her family moved to California where she has taken on the marketing role behind her husband's successful real estate career. In partnership with her husband, they have coupled their skills and renovated many homes and income properties for resale and participated in investment projects. Prior to her full-time work in real estate, Beth was in the interior design field selling fabrics, furniture and lighting to top architectural and design firms in the New York metropolitan area. She earned a BA degree from Arizona State University with a major in Organizational Communications and a minor in Business and was a member of the Pi Beta Phi sorority. Beth was raised in Colorado and has since lived in many prestigious zip codes and along the way accumulated an array of influential personal contacts. She and her husband Paul have lived in Indian Wells since 2000 where they are raising a daughter (Grace) and son (Andrew).
