The Estate Villas of Bella Clancy feature six authentic Tuscan village exteriors in two architectural floor plans - Elegant Classical and Old World Artisan. Each residence is a showcase of stone or brick exterior treatments and hand-applied smooth or antiqued plaster walls. A signature feature of the Estate Villas are its heavy stained wood crescent windows. There are also high-relief, artisan-crafted wooden doors with bronze hardware and hand-forged iron treatments and light fixtures.
